At Zeenwoman, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your fashion pieces don't fit perfectly or meet your expectations, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your Zeenwoman account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.
Pack the Items
Place the unworn items with original tags attached into the original packaging to ensure they remain protected during transit.
Ship It Back
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your account to the outside of the package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange within 5-7 business days.
